About Spice by Blake

Chef Chris Salans opened Spice in 2015; today Chef Blake Thornley leads the open kitchen, cooking Indonesian food with a playful twist from local farmers’ and fishermen’s produce. Look for beef-cheek rendang, black cod cooked over charcoal in banana leaves and the signature boneless duck rawon.
