About Alchemy
Alchemy’s menu is entirely plant-based and gluten-free, and much of it is raw, never heated above 43°C, in its own words, with gently cooked dishes for those who prefer them. Its suppliers are chosen for organic and regenerative farming, and takeaway containers are biodegradable. The Ubud café is at Jalan Penestanan Kelod 75, with sister cafés at Bingin, near Uluwatu, and in Canggu; yoga classes and juice cleanses come from the same house.
