About BIASA
BIASA, a playful take on the Indonesian word for “ordinary”, was founded in Bali in 1994 by the Italian designer and gallerist Susanna Perini. Its kaftans, tunics, dresses and linen for women, men and children mix Indonesian heritage with Italian minimalism, in its own words, and in 2005 she added BIASA Art, a platform for Indonesian contemporary artists.
