About Tandjung Sari
Tandjung Sari began in the 1960s, when its founder, Wija, saw that visitors wanted to live close to Bali, in their own words: simple bungalows of local materials, Balinese antiques and wide beachfront gardens. Its foundation, set up in 1987, keeps classical dance alive: children from the local banjar learn on Friday and Sunday afternoons and perform on the first and third Saturday evenings of each month. It is at Jalan Danau Tamblingan 41, in the centre of Sanur.
