About The Shady Shack
Gypsy and Justin opened Canggu’s first café, Betelnut, in 2011, then The Shady Shack in 2016, a sustainable café for vegetarian and vegan wholefoods, in their own words. The menu runs from all-day breakfast, smoothies and juices to burgers, share plates and vegan desserts. It opens every day, 8am–10pm, and closes for Nyepi and Galungan; groups of up to twenty can book with 24 hours’ notice.
